SHOULDER ROLLER WARRANTY & RETURNS

We have the highest quality products and pride ourselves on customer service and want you to be 100% satisfied and successful with using the Shoulder Roller.  We stand behind our product and are here to support you on your path to regaining your motion.  If we make an error in your order, we will correct it right away.  If your shipment is damaged by the shipping courier, please file a claim with your local office.  Then please email us at theshoulderroller@gmail.com so we can send you any parts that were damaged immediately.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

For any Shoulder Roller that just does not seem to work the way it should or may be defective, we will gladly replace them free of charge or offer you a store credit. But what is considered defective?  If you think your Shoulder Roller is not working the way it should, please email theshoulderroller@gmail.com  to help troubleshoot the issue that you are having and help you decide if it is defective.

RETURNS

Shoulder Roller is proud to provide you with a quality product and hopes you are fully satisfied. If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your merchandise we will gladly accept unused, or unopened items for return, exchange or credit, within fifteen (15) days from the shipping date.

RETURNS PROCEDURE

If in the event you need to return an item, follow these instructions.

  • We’ll notify you via phone or e-mail to discuss your return.
  • If approved we will issue a prepaid return label.
  • Apply to the box containing the Shoulder Roller
  • Drop off at your local USPS facility
  • It’s that easy!
  • Returns received without approval will not be issued a refund or credit.

SHIPPING INFO

  • Most of our colors are in stock in our warehouse and shipped within 24 business hours.
  • Orders placed after 3:30 pm EST will be shipped the following day.  We ship orders Monday through Friday excluding holidays.  Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be shipped Monday. 

Shipping Services

  • FREE USPS Shipping– All domestic orders will receive FREE expedited shipping. Your package will be delivered within two to five (2-5) business days. You will be able to track this shipment via USPS Tracking.
  • Sorry, no international shipping at this time. If we receive continued interest during our launch, we will gladly expand our services!!
